Q. Can K Cellars receive my new purchases/deliveries on my behalf?
A. We provide wine receiving services to all our clients with advance notice. All the deliveries will be stored in our temporary lockers in our main cellar waiting for your inspection. We will verify all the documentation and notify you once the delivery is here.

Q. Is parking available for my visit?
A. K Cellars will provide 2-hour free parking for all our clients.

Q. Can I reserve the Tasting Area for my own private function?
A. Our Tasting Area can be arranged for private functions for our clients. 7 days advance notice is required. Please call our office for all the necessary details and service charge plans.

Q. Are my wines secured?
A. Each private cellar is fitted with a pin lock and RFID lock for privacy and security. In addition, 24-hour CCTV, infrared and alarm systems and 24-hour security guards ensure maximum security for our clients’ wine collections.

Q. I am interested. How do I begin?
A. Please contact us at +852 2871-1099 and arrange for a visit. Our staff will assist you with a tour of our facility and introduce to you our different storage solutions for your personal needs.

Q. What is included in my storage plan?
A. Our storage plans include a 12-month use of your individual private cellar equipped with cedar wood wine racks, access to our Tasting Area, and free parking for your visit.

Q. What are the storage conditions at K Cellars?
A. We are equipped with purpose built temperature and humidity controls to maintain ideal storage conditions throughout the year. The environment is also monitored continually.
